AICHI M6A1 SEIRAN
During the Pacific War, the Imperial Japanese Navy's submarines were equipped with a catapult and small type observation aircraft, developed to operate surprise attack missions. The Aichi M6A1 Seiran, which was designed exclusively to conduct surprise attack missions in the Panama canal, now comes as a 1/48 scale plastic assembly kit model. The Seirans never had a chance to prove their worth due to the Japan's surrender. The well-balanced form of the aircraft, including engine cowling and slim floats, has been realistically reproduced. The cockpit interior features details such as instrument panel and 13mm machine gun. A dolly and ladder as well as 2 pilot figures are included
