ARTILLERY TANK T-26-4
An artillery T-26-4 was developed in 1932 basing on experience of designing the T-26 tank with a A43 turret of the constructor N.Dyrenkov. Especially for the new machine anenlarged turret
was designed on the Voroshilov titled plant, inside of which the KT cannonwas mounted, along with
one or two DT machine guns. Later the turretof similar designwith small reworks was used when
designing a known artillery tank of the Red Army BT-7A.The tank T-26-4 was the most famous
artillery tank with a rotating turret, developed on the basis of the T-26 tank.
