The modified, produced by Incom Corporation T-47 Airspeeder achieved using afterburner a speed of over 1100 miles per hour, however, is not space-flight ready and therefore limited in its field of operation. As one of the most common types of space ship in the galaxy, we find the T-47 in front of nearly every industrialized world. The revised version of the rebel T-47 is known as the Snowspeeder and comes in the battle on the ice planet Hoth used to the approaching AT-AT to keep in check.
